4 salmon fillets 3/4 cup finely ground bread crumbs 1/2 T chopped fresh dill 1/2 T chopped fresh thyme 3 t. chopped fresh rosemary 2 T olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup (or less) grated Parmesan cheese Mix bread crumbs with the fresh herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
