chipped beef gravy II
4 tbsp. butter 1 package dried chipped beef 4 tablespoons flour 2 1/2 cups milk In skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter. Break up 1 package dried chipped beef into small pieces and brown. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons flour over beef, mix well. Then add 2 1/2 cups milk slowly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Makes 6 servings.
