Put one can of evaporated milk in freezer until chilled. Put into mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until whipped very frothy. Beat two eggs until very smooth. Add to cream, one cup of sugar, or to desired sweetness. Add vanilla to taste. Beat all together then add snow, beating with mixer on medium speed until thick and smooth.

To freeze, put in small bowls with lids and freeze to eat in June, July or August.
