1 pound of sausage
3 cups of Bisquick Baking Mix
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients together. Form into small 1 inch balls. Placed on greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven 350° F. Bake for 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Place on paper towel. Serve immediately or let cool and freeze.
Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked. Sausage balls may also be cooked and frozen, then reheated in the microwave.
