Crust:
1 1/2(+) cups [1 package] graham cracker crumbs
1/3 stick melted Oleo
1/4 cup sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Mix and press into bottom of spring form pan. Grease bottom only.

Filling:

3-8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar

Mix well.

Add 4 eggs (one at a time)
and 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.

Shake to see if done in middle. Set 8-10 minutes to cool.

Topping:

2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Spread on cake.

Bake at 450°F for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool one hour.

Refrigerate. Keeps up to 3 days. Enjoy!
